Hey there, I'm Ryan, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for transforming lives through personalized care. I earned my bachelor's degree from Arizona State University and pursued my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University. In addition, as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT), I bring a wealth of expertise to Wasatch Front PT.
What I love so much about what I do is seeing the incredible journeys my patients take. I'm talking about those moments when someone who thought they'd never exercise again is out there spelunking, camping, skiing, running, and dancing – there's nothing quite like it. Being part of that journey is an honor I cherish every day.
I also operate my practice in a way that is unlike the standard medical model. I've seen too many folks shuffled around from provider to provider, drowning in medical bills, and left without answers. It just doesn't sit right with me. I believe in a different way of treatment, one that's all about genuine connections and quality care.
Beyond my love for clinical care, I've been happily married to my wife Nicole for 18 years. She's a doula and a talented birth & family photographer, and together we make a pretty dynamic team. We also have two wonderful children, Everley and Ellis. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll most likely find me outside - whether it's exploring the slopes at Alta, climbing or scrambling, hiking, or on some other adventure.
If you're searching for a one-on-one care dynamic and therapy that will help you reach your movement goals, give me a call or schedule your first appointment today.
Experience physical therapy like never before, where genuine care and your personal journey are at the heart of everything we do. At Wasatch Front PT, you will get one-on-one care with your physical therapist for the entirity of each of your sessions.
While we are trained and equipped to treat all physical therapy needs, we specialize in treating neck pain, back pain, headaches, and any sports-related injury.
This includes a combination of spinal or joint manipulation, mobilization, and massage.
These are designed to strengthen or improve the mobility of the target area.
We will work together to develop a plan for outside of the clinic to ultimately put you in charge.
